Full 10 Day Workout Plan

Let's tackle those fitness goals! Start off 2022 with all of your favorite hits from last year in this 10 day KPOP Workout Challenge. Each day focuses either on high intensity training, lower body burn, steady state cardio, or ab toning. You got this!


Duration: 10 days, workouts range between 20-35 minutes. An additional BONUS 5 days workout schedule for maximum fat burn offered on Patreon (including Patron-exclusive workouts)!
