Full 2 week workout plan to 2020 KPOP hits

End the year on a bang with this KPOP Cardio Challenge! This 2 week plan is designed to maximize caloric burn, tone muscles, and increase cardiovascular endurance. Each day contains a mix of lower body, core, and cardio focused workouts for a full body burn.



Time: 2 weeks, workouts range between 27-38 minutes. BONUS WEEK workout schedule for maximum fat burn offered on Patreon!
